This is a premium chef’s knife. It is made with 1095 high carbon steel, and is slightly thicker than my usual offering to reinforce the extra depth of the blade. The handle is made from a striking piece of Black Palm with a purple heart bolster. Overall this is a slightly larger knife and the handle is a little thicker than my usual offerings.
