This is a full size chef’s knife with a fast action and robust feel. It’s made from 1095 high carbon steel and has a leopardwood handle with black fiber liners.
As pictured, this knife does not have the logo laser engrave don it yet. If you would like the logo left off, or an alternative logo engraved on it, email me at the time of purchase. Other wise it will ship with the standard logo!
