Lil' Choppy

$165.00

This is the smallest knife one could reasonably refer to as a chopper. It’s forged from 5160 steel and has a roomy Paduak handle with a stabilized Apple-wood burl bolster.

The black leather sheath is chrome tanned with black stitching and red accent stitching. The retainment strap is extra long, allowing it to be tucked back through for double retainment.

I lost my beloved Kukri this summer well into the backcountry on a hot day, and didn’t realize my mistake until I got back to the truck. I was too hot, tired and mad to go back and look for it. I went back a week later I couldn’t find it. I forged this knife to replace that one, hence the extra retainment and lighter weight. However, my wife caught me in the act and convinced me to offer it up for sale.

So, as an unshod cobbler’s child I offer to you: Lil’ Choppy

Sheathed length: 12’’

Overall length: 11’’

blade length 5 7/8’’
