The blade is made from 0.100’’ thick 1095 High carbon steel. It has full depth bevels, and a smart cutting edge ready for some heavy use. the blade has my new sand blasted finish which results in a lovely matte finish.
I paired this classic blade with an equally classic wood choice: Black Walnut. It has rounded corners along the top of the handle, with a half moon on the the bottom.
